Dr. Roxanne Latimer has practiced medicine in the central Massachusetts and the Metro West area since 2004.Prior to that she completed her Family Medicine residency at the University of Massachusetts. She completed her medical degree at Boston University School of Medicine.

Dr. Latimer is board certified in Family Medicine and has worked as an Assistant Professor at the University of Massachusetts Medical School for the past eight years. She is a member of the Massachusetts Medical Society and serves on their legislative committee.

Dr. Latimer is married to Dr. John Latimer, who practices Emergency Medicine in Central Massachusetts. They have three young children with whom they enjoy a variety of outdoor experiences including skiing, hiking, and water sports.



Dr. Lise Tardif has been practicing medicine in the central Massachusetts and the Metro West area since 1992. Prior to that, she completed her Family Medicine residency at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth Texas. She completed her medical degree at Laval University in Quebec, Canada. She is a dual citizen and is fluent in several languages including French, Spanish and Portuguese.

Dr. Tardif is board certified in Family Medicine and board eligible in Urgent Care Medicine. She has worked as a Family and Urgent Care physician at Family Health Center as well as an assistant professor at the University of Massachusetts Medical School for the past 20 years.

Dr Tardif is a mother of 5 children and is involved in several town activities such as Boy Scouts and after school care as a supervising physician. With her family she enjoys all sort of sports, traveling, languages and crafts.



Dr. Jusseaume has practiced medicine in Massachusetts since 2004. He earned his M.D. from the University of Connecticut. He completed a Family Medicine residency through the Tufts Family Practice Residency program.

Dr. Jusseaume is board certified in Family Medicine and has a special interest in sports medicine. He has practiced in family medicine as well as urgent care since graduating from residency.

He is a life long Massachusetts resident and enjoys running, going to Patriots games, and spending his free time with his wife and son.



Dr. Paul Hart is a Canadian trained family doctor. After working for 4 years in Canada, he moved to the United States where he set up a family practice in Central MA. He worked there for 35 years. During this time he started 2 free medical programs and began to do international volunteer medicine.

Dr. Hart has been recognized by numerous groups including a recent citation as Senior Volunteer of the year by the MA Medical Society. Most recently he has worked in the Amazon (Brazil) and Ethiopia as well as Haiti and the former Soviet Union.

Dr. Hart is married for 44 years with 2 daughters and 2 grandchildren.



Dr. Thomas Goldberger has been a full-time practitioner of Emergency Medicine in Massachusetts for 29 years.

He completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Worcester City Hospital after graduating from Tufts University School of Medicine and has been a Clinical Instructor at the Harvard University School of Medicine.

Dr. Goldberger speaks Spanish, Hungarian, Hebrew and French. He is married to Dr. Sue Sand, a psychologist in private practice. They have two daughters.



Dr. Shaylin Cersosimo has been practicing medicine since starting her family medicine residency in 2010. She graduated from UMass Worcester Family Medicine Residency Program in 2013 where she trained in a rural clinic in Barre, MA. She has been practicing inpatient hospital medicine along with obstetrics and urgent care since graduating from residency. Prior to residency, she completed her medical degree and Masters in Public Health at St. George’s University in Grenada. Dr. Cersosimo is board certified in Family Medicine and is an Assistant Professor at the UMass Medical School.

Dr. Cersosimo was born and raised in Rhode Island and has lived in many places including Connecticut, Grenada and NYC. She is currently living in Central Massachusetts for the past 4 years with her husband Brian, an anesthesiologist currently practicing in Central Massachusetts as well. They both enjoy the outdoors including hiking and have a passion for travel.



Jenna has been practicing medicine as a physician assistant in Massachusetts since graduating in 2011. She completed her training at The George Washington University, receiving a Master of Science in Health Sciences and Physician Assistant Studies. Prior to that, she completed a Bachelor of Science at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.

Jenna is board certified with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and licensed to practice in Massachusetts. She has experience in Emergency and Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, and Pediatrics. She has a special interest in the pediatric population as well as travel and volunteer medicine. Most recently, she traveled to Haiti for a medical mission trip.

Jenna enjoys cheering for Boston sports, traveling and spending time with her family and friends, especially doing outdoor activities.



Melissa has been a radiologic technologist for 8 years. She graduated with Honors from Holyoke Community College in 2004 with an A.S in Radiologic Technology. She is a licensed RT( R ) through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and holds a license though the state of Massachusetts.

Melissa has recently been honorably discharged from the Massachusetts Army National Guard where she served for 12 years. As part of an Air Ambulance unit she deployed to Iraq in 2005 as a Flight Operations Specialist. In September 2011, she returned home from a second deployment to Iraq as a Flight Medic.

Melissa grew up in Western Massachusetts and now resides in the Boston area. She is currently attending UMass Boston to attain a B.S in Exercise Science. Outside of work and school, she enjoys vigorous workouts, being outside, and spending time with friends and family.
